Pick your nightly and hourly rates, and the window you accept micro-stays in.

Get booked and paid
Guests pay on Ravaaq when they book. You are paid out afterwards, in rupees.

You keep 86% of your rate

Ravaaq takes a 12% platform fee from the stay subtotal and withholds 2% for tax. The guest's service fee and tax are added to their price, not taken from yours.

Platform fee (12%): − Rs 1,200
Withholding tax (2%): − Rs 200
You receive: Rs 8,600

Protections that come with every booking

Paid before anyone talks
You and a guest can only message once their booking is confirmed and paid, so prices are never haggled off the platform.
Your address stays private
Guests browsing see your neighbourhood, not your door. The exact address goes only to guests who have paid.
Check-in codes for paid stays only
Self check-in details are issued once a booking is paid, never before.
